3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon sugar

2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
