Warm pizza pockets filled with pepperoni, cheese, and sauce wrapped in golden dough for a simple and satisfying meal or snack.

Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups pepperoni slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Flour for dusting

Instructions

  • Roll out dough and cut into sections.
  • Add sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
  • Fold and seal edges firmly.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Brush with olive oil and seasoning.
  • Bake at 400°F for 15–18 minutes.
  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Do not overfill pockets. Seal edges tightly to prevent leaking. Adjust baking time based on size.
