4 russet potatoes
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bacon
1/2 cup sausage
1/3 cup milk or sour cream
2 tbsp butter
green onions
bell peppers
parsley
Do not overbake second time to keep filling creamy.
