Homemade Goldfish Crackers are crisp, cheesy bite-sized snacks made from simple pantry ingredients. They bake into golden fish shapes with a savory cheddar flavor and light crunch, perfect for everyday snacking or lunchboxes.

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cubed
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1–2 tablespoons cold water if needed

Instructions

  • Mix flour, salt, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  • Add cheddar cheese and mix well.
  • Add egg and form dough, adding water if needed.
  • Chill dough for 20–30 minutes.
  • Roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness.
  • Cut fish shapes and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes.
  • Cool completely before serving.

Notes
