2 pounds fully cooked kielbasa
1/3 cup whole-grain mustard
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or thyme for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Slice kielbasa crosswise at 1/2-inch intervals, cutting about three-quarters through each piece.

  • Place sliced kielbasa on the prepared baking sheet.

  • In a bowl, whisk together whole-grain mustard, Dijon mustard, honey or brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, and black pepper.

  • Spoon the mustard mixture over the kielbasa, spreading it into each cut.

  • Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, basting halfway through with any glaze on the pan.

  • Broil for 2 to 3 minutes if deeper browning is desired.

  • Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm.
