Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ pounds sirloin steak, cubed
1 ½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon thyme leaves
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 small onion, sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400°F or prepare grill medium-high.
  • Combine olive oil, butter, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice.
  • Coat steak and potatoes with mixture.
  • Divide into foil sheets with onion and parsley.
  • Seal foil packs tightly.
  • Cook 25–30 minutes.
  • Rest briefly, open carefully, and mix juices before serving.

Notes

Even cutting supports uniform texture. Tight foil sealing retains moisture. Herb choices may vary based on preference.
