2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley
Optional red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat oil and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Remove shrimp and melt butter in the same pan.
  • Add garlic and cook briefly.
  • Stir in lemon juice and spices.
  • Return shrimp and toss to coat.

Notes
