8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
1/3 cup sunflower seeds or chopped almonds
1/3 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Chop broccoli into small florets.
  • Cook bacon until crisp and crumble.
  • Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss broccoli with dressing.
  • Add onion, seeds, and optional dried fruit.
  • Fold in bacon and chill before serving.
