Crispy baked taco cups filled with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and fresh toppings, perfect for easy party appetizers.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
24 wonton wrappers
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 small jalapeño, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook onion and garlic in oil until soft.
  • Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
  • Add seasoning and water, simmer until thick.
  • Press wonton wrappers into muffin tin.
  • Add cheese, beef, and more cheese.
  • Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
  • Cool slightly and remove from tin.
  • Add fresh toppings and serve

Notes

Keep filling thick and avoid overfilling to maintain crisp cups.
