2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup vegetable oil
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, sliced
4 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons butter (optional)

Instructions

  • Slice chicken into strips.
  • Mix flour and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Beat eggs in a second bowl.
  • Add panko to a third bowl.
  • Coat chicken in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Fry chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  • Cook bacon until crisp and drain.
  • Warm tortillas in a pan.
  • Add ranch, lettuce, tomato, chicken, bacon, and cheese to tortilla.
  • Roll tightly into wraps.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

Keep chicken on a rack after frying to maintain crisp texture. Assemble wraps just before serving for best results.
