Ingredients

2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup red onion, chopped
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Cook macaroni until firm, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Combine cooled pasta with dressing.
  • Add celery, onion, eggs, and relish.
  • Stir gently until mixed.
  • Chill before serving.

Notes

Add extra dressing after chilling if needed. Can be adjusted with vegetables or lighter dressing options.
