3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and cool under cold water.
  • Prepare broccoli by cutting into small florets and blanching if desired.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, lemon juice, and seasonings until smooth.
  • Combine pasta with dressing in a large bowl.
