1 small seedless watermelon
1 lime
1/2 teaspoon chili powder or tajín seasoning
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  • Cut both ends off the watermelon and remove the rind.

  • Slice the watermelon into thick rounds.

  • Cut each round into long stick shapes resembling fries.

  • Arrange the watermelon sticks on a serving tray.

  • Squeeze fresh lime juice lightly over the fruit.

  • Sprinkle chili powder or tajín if desired.

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice to create a dip.
