2 ripe avocados, 1 small lime juiced, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1 small tomato diced, 2 tbsp red onion diced, 1 clove garlic minced, 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped, 1 small jalapeño minced (optional), 12 mini phyllo or tortilla cups, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

1. Mash avocados with lime juice, salt, pepper, and cumin. 2. Mix in tomato, red onion, garlic, cilantro, and jalapeño. 3. Prepare cups by baking phyllo/tortilla shells until crisp. 4. Fill cups with guacamole mixture. 5. Sprinkle smoked paprika if desired. 6. Serve immediately.
