Valentine’s Day Oreo Pops are chocolate sandwich cookies dipped in smooth candy coating and decorated with festive sprinkles. These no-bake treats are perfect for gifting and celebrating.
24 Oreo cookies
24 lollipop sticks
12 ounces white candy melts or white chocolate
1 teaspoon vegetable or coconut oil if needed
Red and pink oil-based food coloring optional
Valentine themed sprinkles
Additional melted chocolate for securing sticks
Twist open each Oreo and dip the tip of a lollipop stick in melted chocolate.
Press stick into the cream filling and replace the top cookie. Let set 10 to 15 minutes.
Melt candy melts in short intervals until smooth. Stir in oil if needed.
Dip each cookie pop into melted coating and tap gently to remove excess.
Place on parchment paper and decorate immediately with sprinkles.
Allow coating to set completely before serving or packaging.
