Brownie Layer:

  • ½ cup butter (melted)

  • 115 g dark chocolate

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

  • ½ cup flour

  • ¼ tsp salt

Cookie Layer:

  • ½ cup butter (softened)

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ cup white sugar

  • 1 egg

  • ½ tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup flour

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line pan with parchment.

  • Make brownie batter and spread in pan.

  • Make cookie dough and spoon over brownie.

  • Bake 28–32 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
