Ingredients

: 2 ripe peaches sliced, 8 ounces burrata, 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic glaze, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, optional toasted pine nuts or microgreens

Instructions

1. Slice peaches and remove pits. 2. Arrange peaches on platter and add burrata pieces. 3. Scatter basil leaves. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Add optional garnishes. 7. Serve immediately.
