1 cup natural peanut butter
1 large egg
1/3 cup granulated sugar-free sweetener
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on tray.
Flatten with a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool on tray before serving.
Optional: Add vanilla or sugar-free chocolate chips.
