  • 1 large egg

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar-free sweetener

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray.

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on tray.

  • Flatten with a fork in a criss-cross pattern.

  • Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.

  • Cool on tray before serving.
