Small frozen yogurt snacks made with strawberries, creamy yogurt, and natural sweetener for a refreshing treat.
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
2 tablespoons granola or shredded coconut (optional)
Wash and slice the strawberries.
Blend the strawberries until smooth.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey and vanilla extract.
Add the strawberry puree and stir until fully combined.
Place silicone molds on a flat tray.
Spoon the yogurt mixture into the molds.
Sprinkle granola or coconut on top if desired.
Place the tray in the freezer.
Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
Remove from molds and store in the freezer.
Use thick Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
Adjust honey depending on strawberry sweetness.
Silicone molds make removal easier.
