Creamy, no-bake cheesecake jars packed with protein from Greek yogurt and protein powder. A quick, healthy dessert or snack that feels indulgent without the guilt.
Base:
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs or oat flour
2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Filling:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
8 oz (225g) light cream cheese, softened
1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp sweetener (optional)
Toppings:
Fresh berries or jam
Crushed nuts, granola, or nut butter (optional)
Mix crumbs, butter, and cinnamon. Divide into 4 small jars and press down.
Whisk together yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth.
Spoon or pipe over crusts. Top with berries or jam.
Chill 30+ minutes before serving. Store in fridge up to 4 days.
Add lemon zest or cocoa powder for flavor twists.
Use almond flour for a lower-carb crust.
