A rich and creamy Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie with a buttery graham cracker crust, topped with fresh strawberries and optional whipped cream.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
Optional: whipped cream for garnish
Optional: strawberry glaze

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and bake 8–10 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until glossy.
  • Pour filling into crust and spread evenly. Arrange sliced strawberries on top. Optionally drizzle with strawberry puree.
  • Cover loosely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
  • Garnish with whipped cream or glaze before serving. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for best flavor. Pie can be prepared a day ahead. Avoid freezing.
