No-bake truffle balls with cream cheese, strawberry flavor, and a smooth white chocolate coating.
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (or ¼ cup thick strawberry jam)
10 oz white chocolate or vanilla coating
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
Stir in graham cracker crumbs.
Add crushed strawberries or jam and combine.
Chill mixture 30–45 minutes.
Roll into balls and chill until firm.
Dip in melted coating and garnish if desired.
Chill until set.
Store refrigerated and serve chilled for best texture.
