No-bake truffle balls with cream cheese, strawberry flavor, and a smooth white chocolate coating.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¾ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (or ¼ cup thick strawberry jam)

  • 10 oz white chocolate or vanilla coating

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.

  • Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.

  • Stir in graham cracker crumbs.

  • Add crushed strawberries or jam and combine.

  • Chill mixture 30–45 minutes.

  • Roll into balls and chill until firm.

  • Dip in melted coating and garnish if desired.

  • Chill until set.

Notes

Store refrigerated and serve chilled for best texture.
