1 pan (8×8-inch) brownies, baked and cooled
1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional drizzle)
10–12 wooden skewers
Cut brownies into 1-inch cubes. Chill beforehand for cleaner cuts.
Rinse, dry, and hull strawberries. Cut in half if large.
Thread alternating pieces of brownie and strawberry onto skewers.
Melt chocolate in microwave-safe bowl. Drizzle over kabobs.
Let chocolate set. Chill before serving, or serve immediately.
Assemble up to 6 hours ahead.
