Fudgy brownie cubes and fresh strawberries layered on skewers and finished with a drizzle of melted chocolate — a festive and fun dessert for parties, holidays, or sweet snacking.

  • 1 pan (8×8-inch) brownies, baked and cooled

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled

  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional drizzle)

  • 1012 wooden skewers

Instructions

  • Cut brownies into 1-inch cubes. Chill beforehand for cleaner cuts.

  • Rinse, dry, and hull strawberries. Cut in half if large.

  • Thread alternating pieces of brownie and strawberry onto skewers.

  • Melt chocolate in microwave-safe bowl. Drizzle over kabobs.

  • Let chocolate set. Chill before serving, or serve immediately.

Notes

  • Assemble up to 6 hours ahead.
