Fun and easy Strawberry Brownie Kabobs made with fudgy brownie squares, fresh strawberries, and an optional chocolate drizzle. Perfect for parties, snacks, or sweet table displays.
1 batch brownies (homemade or store-bought), cut into 1-inch squares
1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled
Optional: marshmallows, melted chocolate, sprinkles, wooden skewers
Bake and cool brownies. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
Wash and dry strawberries. Remove stems and halve large ones.
Thread a brownie, then a strawberry onto a skewer. Repeat until full.
Add optional marshmallows between layers if desired.
Melt chocolate and drizzle over kabobs. Chill to set, if needed.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
