Fun and festive dessert kabobs made with fudgy brownie squares, fresh strawberries, and fluffy marshmallows. Perfect for parties, picnics, or quick no-bake treats.
12 brownie squares, cut into 1-inch cubes
12 fresh strawberries, hulled
12 marshmallows
Wooden skewers (6–8 inches)
1/4 cup melted chocolate for drizzling (optional)
Cut brownies into bite-size cubes.
Wash and dry strawberries; remove stems.
Thread onto skewers: brownie, marshmallow, strawberry. Repeat if skewers allow.
Drizzle with melted chocolate, if desired.
Chill for 10 minutes to set chocolate.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Use firm strawberries and dense brownies for best results. Store in the fridge for up to 6 hours before serving.
