Strawberry brownie kabobs are a fun and festive dessert made with fudgy brownies, fresh strawberries, marshmallows, and a drizzle of melted chocolate — perfect for parties or sweet snacks.

  • 1 pan of brownies (homemade or store-bought), cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 lb strawberries, washed and hulled

  • 1 bag marshmallows (standard size)

  • ½ cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)

  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

  • 1216 wooden skewers

Instructions

  • Cut cooled brownies into cubes.

  • Rinse and dry strawberries. Hull and halve if large.

  • On each skewer, alternate brownie, marshmallow, and strawberry.

  • Melt chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle over kabobs.

  • Let set for 10–15 minutes before serving.

  • Serve immediately or chill for up to 4 hours.
