Strawberry brownie kabobs are a fun and festive dessert made with fudgy brownies, fresh strawberries, marshmallows, and a drizzle of melted chocolate — perfect for parties or sweet snacks.
1 pan of brownies (homemade or store-bought), cut into 1-inch cubes
1 lb strawberries, washed and hulled
1 bag marshmallows (standard size)
½ cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)
1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
12–16 wooden skewers
Cut cooled brownies into cubes.
Rinse and dry strawberries. Hull and halve if large.
On each skewer, alternate brownie, marshmallow, and strawberry.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle over kabobs.
Let set for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Serve immediately or chill for up to 4 hours.
