8 ounces cream cheese softened, 4 ounces smoked salmon chopped, 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 cup red onion diced, 2 tbsp capers drained, 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, bagel chips, crackers, or vegetables for serving, optional dill sprigs or capers for garnish
1. Soften cream cheese and mix with sour cream or yogurt. 2. Add smoked salmon, red onion, capers, and dill. 3. Season with lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper. 4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish. 5. Serve with bagel chips or vegetables.
