Easy Skillet Corn with Honey Butter is a sweet and buttery side dish made with fresh or frozen corn, perfect for weeknight dinners or holidays.

Ingredients

4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat skillet over medium heat and melt butter (with olive oil if using).
  • Add corn and sauté 5–7 minutes until heated and slightly golden.
  • Drizzle honey over corn and stir to coat.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, cooking 2–3 minutes more.
  • Sprinkle lemon zest and parsley, serve warm.

Notes
