Creamy and festive, this Peppermint Swirl Fudge combines smooth white chocolate with bold peppermint flavor and vibrant red swirls for an easy no-bake holiday treat.
3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp peppermint extract
1–2 drops red gel food coloring
Crushed peppermint candies or candy canes (optional)
Line an 8×8 pan with parchment and lightly grease.
Melt white chocolate and condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave. Stir until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
Transfer ⅓ cup to a small bowl, tint with red gel coloring.
Pour the white base into the pan, drop red-tinted fudge on top. Swirl gently.
Sprinkle with crushed peppermint if using.
Chill 3–4 hours or until set.
Lift from pan, cut into squares, and serve.
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Freeze for longer storage. Use gel coloring for vibrant swirls.
