Creamy and festive, this Peppermint Swirl Fudge combines smooth white chocolate with bold peppermint flavor and vibrant red swirls for an easy no-bake holiday treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

  • 12 drops red gel food coloring

  • Crushed peppermint candies or candy canes (optional)

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 pan with parchment and lightly grease.

  • Melt white chocolate and condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave. Stir until smooth.

  • Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.

  • Transfer ⅓ cup to a small bowl, tint with red gel coloring.

  • Pour the white base into the pan, drop red-tinted fudge on top. Swirl gently.

  • Sprinkle with crushed peppermint if using.

  • Chill 3–4 hours or until set.

  • Lift from pan, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Freeze for longer storage. Use gel coloring for vibrant swirls.
