3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
10 oz mini marshmallows (about 4 cups)
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch pan with parchment or grease lightly.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Stir in peanut butter and marshmallows. Stir until melted and smooth.
