Creamy, no bake orange creamsicle truffles made with white chocolate, cream cheese, and citrus zest. A bright, nostalgic treat perfect for gifting or entertaining.
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp orange zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp orange extract or 1 tsp fresh orange juice (optional)
Pinch of salt
Coating: powdered sugar, crushed cookies, coconut, or melted white chocolate
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt white chocolate in microwave in 30-sec intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, zest, vanilla, and salt.
Stir in melted white chocolate and orange extract or juice (if using). Mix well.
Chill mixture for 1–2 hours until firm.
Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.
Roll in desired coating or dip in melted white chocolate.
Chill 15–20 minutes before serving.
Store truffles in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for 1 month. Serve chilled for best texture.
