A dreamy no-bake dessert with layers of vanilla pudding, fresh strawberries, bananas, whipped topping, and cookies. Perfect for summer parties and family gatherings.
1 (5.1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding
2½ cups cold milk
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened (optional)
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (optional)
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
3–4 bananas, sliced
1½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 box vanilla wafers or graham crackers
1 tsp lemon juice (optional, to keep bananas fresh)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Prepare pudding with cold milk. Let set for 5 minutes.
If using, beat cream cheese with condensed milk and vanilla. Fold into pudding.
Fold in half the whipped topping.
In a 9×13 dish, layer cookies, half the pudding, bananas, strawberries. Repeat layers.
Top with remaining whipped topping.
Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
Garnish with fresh fruit and crushed cookies before serving.
Use lemon juice to keep bananas fresh.
