A dreamy no-bake dessert with layers of vanilla pudding, fresh strawberries, bananas, whipped topping, and cookies. Perfect for summer parties and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 (5.1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding

  • 2½ cups cold milk

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened (optional)

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (optional)

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed

  • 34 bananas, sliced

  • 1½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1 box vanilla wafers or graham crackers

  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, to keep bananas fresh)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare pudding with cold milk. Let set for 5 minutes.

  • If using, beat cream cheese with condensed milk and vanilla. Fold into pudding.

  • Fold in half the whipped topping.

  • In a 9×13 dish, layer cookies, half the pudding, bananas, strawberries. Repeat layers.

  • Top with remaining whipped topping.

  • Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • Garnish with fresh fruit and crushed cookies before serving.

Notes

  • Use lemon juice to keep bananas fresh.

  • Swap pudding flavor for banana or cheesecake variations.
