Creamy, coffee-infused mini tiramisus made with mascarpone and layered biscuits — a no-bake dessert inspired by Kookmutsjes, perfect for entertaining or summer treats.
250 g mascarpone cheese
200 ml heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup strong coffee (cooled)
15–20 Maria biscuits or ladyfingers
Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)
Brew strong coffee and let it cool.
Whip mascarpone, cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Dip biscuits quickly into coffee and layer in mini dessert cups.
Add a layer of mascarpone cream.
Repeat with another layer of soaked biscuit and cream.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Make up to 24 hours in advance.
Add fruit or chocolate chips for variation.
For a kid-friendly version, reduce the coffee or use decaf.
