Mini Sandwiches are small, bite-sized sandwiches made with soft bread, savory fillings, and fresh vegetables. They are commonly served at parties, tea gatherings, and snack platters because they are easy to eat and offer many flavor combinations.
12 slices soft sandwich bread
4 slices turkey or ham
4 slices cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1 small tomato, thinly sliced
Lettuce leaves
Trim crusts from bread slices if desired.
Spread mayonnaise or cream cheese on each slice of bread.
Place turkey or ham evenly across half of the slices.
Add cheese slices and thin cucumber or tomato slices.
Top with lettuce leaves.
Cover with remaining bread slices.
Press gently and cut each sandwich into four small pieces.
Arrange neatly on a serving tray.
Use fresh bread for the cleanest cuts and best texture. Thinly sliced vegetables help keep the sandwiches compact and easy to eat.
