A quick and rich microwave brownie mug cake that’s ready in 5 minutes! Perfectly fudgy, chocolatey, and ideal for when cravings strike.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup milk (any kind)

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe mug, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

  • Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir to form a smooth batter.

  • Fold in chocolate chips or peanut butter if using.

  • Microwave on high for 1–1:20 minutes until just set.

  • Let sit 30 seconds. Top with ice cream or whipped cream and serve.
