1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup milk (any kind)
2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
In a microwave-safe mug, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir to form a smooth batter.
Fold in chocolate chips or peanut butter if using.
Microwave on high for 1–1:20 minutes until just set.
Let sit 30 seconds. Top with ice cream or whipped cream and serve.
