Fresh strawberries dipped in rich, melted chocolate for a classic, elegant dessert that’s easy to make and endlessly customizable.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, washed and thoroughly dried

  • 1 cup dark or semi-sweet vegan chocolate, chopped

  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for shine)

  • Toppings (optional): crushed nuts, coconut flakes, white chocolate drizzle, sea salt

Instructions

  • Wash and dry strawberries completely. Set aside.

  • Melt chocolate using microwave or double boiler. Stir in coconut oil if using.

  • Dip strawberries ¾ into the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off.

  • Place on parchment-lined tray. Add toppings if desired.

  • Chill 20–30 minutes or until set. Serve cold or slightly softened.

  • Use high-quality chocolate for best results.

  • Store in fridge up to 24 hours.

  • Avoid moisture to keep chocolate smooth and firm.
