A chilled no-bake slice with a buttery biscuit base and smooth lemon condensed milk topping.
250 g plain sweet biscuits, crushed
125 g unsalted butter, melted
395 g sweetened condensed milk
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
Line a square tin with parchment paper.
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into tin.
Chill base for 15 minutes.
Stir condensed milk with lemon juice until thickened.
Add lemon zest and mix well.
Pour filling over base and smooth surface.
Chill for at least 3 hours before slicing.
Keep refrigerated until serving. Slice while cold for neat edges
