Lemon Condensed Milk Slice – A Simple Fridge Dessert

A chilled no-bake slice with a buttery biscuit base and smooth lemon condensed milk topping.

Ingredients

  • 250 g plain sweet biscuits, crushed

  • 125 g unsalted butter, melted

  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk

  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest

Instructions

  • Line a square tin with parchment paper.

  • Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into tin.

  • Chill base for 15 minutes.

  • Stir condensed milk with lemon juice until thickened.

  • Add lemon zest and mix well.

  • Pour filling over base and smooth surface.

  • Chill for at least 3 hours before slicing.

Notes

Keep refrigerated until serving. Slice while cold for neat edges
