Lemon Condensed Milk Fridge Slice is a no-bake dessert with a buttery biscuit base and smooth, tangy lemon filling that sets perfectly in the refrigerator.

2 cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.

  • Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until evenly combined.

  • Press mixture firmly into the pan and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

  • Stir condensed milk with lemon juice until slightly thickened.

  • Mix in lemon zest.

  • Pour filling over chilled base and smooth evenly.

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  • Lift out and cut into squares before serving.
