A light and fluffy zero carb yogurt bread made with eggs, Greek yogurt, and baking powder. Perfect for keto, gluten-free, and low-carb diets—great for toast, sandwiches, or snacking.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (170g) full-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • Optional: 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder or egg white powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a small loaf pan.

  • In a bowl, whisk all ingredients until smooth.

  • Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.

  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.

  • Let cool fully before slicing. Store in fridge.

Notes

  • For sweet bread, add sweetener and cinnamon.

  • Toast before serving for best flavor and texture.

  • Freezer-friendly: slice and store for grab-and-go use
