A light and fluffy zero carb yogurt bread made with eggs, Greek yogurt, and baking powder. Perfect for keto, gluten-free, and low-carb diets—great for toast, sandwiches, or snacking.
¾ cup (170g) full-fat plain Greek yogurt
4 large eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Optional: 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder or egg white powder
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a small loaf pan.
In a bowl, whisk all ingredients until smooth.
Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
Let cool fully before slicing. Store in fridge.
For sweet bread, add sweetener and cinnamon.
Toast before serving for best flavor and texture.
Freezer-friendly: slice and store for grab-and-go use
