  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup powdered keto sweetener

  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 cup finely blanched almond flour

  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Beat again until creamy.

  • Stir in almond flour until a dough-like consistency forms.

  • Fold in chocolate chips.

  • Chill for 30 minutes if desired or serve immediately.

Notes

Use coconut oil and dairy-free cream cheese for vegan version. Add almond milk to thin the dip. Store in fridge for 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
