½ cup unsalted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered keto sweetener
1½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 cup finely blanched almond flour
⅓–½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Add sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Beat again until creamy.
Stir in almond flour until a dough-like consistency forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Chill for 30 minutes if desired or serve immediately.
