1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2–3 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt (optional)
In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
Beat until stiff peaks form — thick and creamy.
Spoon into serving dishes and chill for 30 minutes.
