1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon green onions
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Thaw and pat shrimp dry.
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  • Combine cornstarch with water.
  • Cook shrimp in oil for 1–2 minutes per side.
  • Remove shrimp and simmer sauce.
  • Add cornstarch mixture and thicken.
