2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional

Instructions

  • Pat shrimp dry thoroughly.

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a bowl.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.

  • Cook shrimp 1 to 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

  • Pour sauce into skillet and simmer 2 to 3 minutes until thickened.
