Soft, buttery rolls filled with garlicky goodness and gooey cheese. These Cheesy Garlic Rolls are easy to make and perfect as a side dish, snack, or crowd-pleasing appetizer.
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm milk or water
3 tbsp melted butter
4 tbsp butter (for garlic butter)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk and melted butter. Stir to form dough.
Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth. Let rise 1 hour until doubled.
Melt 4 tbsp butter, add garlic, cook 1–2 minutes. Stir in parsley.
Roll dough into ¼-inch rectangle. Brush with garlic butter. Sprinkle cheese.
Roll up dough and slice into 12 pieces. Place in greased dish.
Let rise 30–40 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush tops with garlic butter. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
Cool 5 minutes, serve warm.
Use fresh garlic for best flavor. Rolls can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
