  • ⅓ cup nut butter

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ¼ cup protein powder

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Stir together pumpkin, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.

  • Add oats, protein powder, spices, and salt. Mix to form dough.

  • Roll into 1-inch balls.

  • Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy.
