Fudgy, flourless brownies made with just ripe bananas, cocoa powder, and nut butter. Naturally sweet, easy to make, and perfect for healthy snacking.
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup smooth nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
(Optional: pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla, chocolate chips)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line or grease an 8×8-inch pan.
Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
Stir in nut butter until well combined.
Add cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated.
Fold in any optional ingredients.
Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set.
Cool before slicing. Store in airtight container.
Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness and texture. Brownies firm up more as they cool.
