Fudgy, flourless brownies made with just ripe bananas, cocoa powder, and nut butter. Naturally sweet, easy to make, and perfect for healthy snacking.

  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/2 cup smooth nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    (Optional: pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla, chocolate chips)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line or grease an 8×8-inch pan.

  • Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.

  • Stir in nut butter until well combined.

  • Add cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated.

  • Fold in any optional ingredients.

  • Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set.

  • Cool before slicing. Store in airtight container.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness and texture. Brownies firm up more as they cool.
