1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup oat flour (optional for lighter texture)
1/4 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
2 tablespoons maple syrup or other natural sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons coconut oil or avocado oil for cooking
Optional: chopped nuts, raisins, or shredded coconut
