Adorable and festive no-bake Gnome Mini Cheesecakes made with a graham cracker crust, creamy vanilla cheesecake filling, and fresh strawberry “hats.” A fun and easy holiday dessert for all ages.

Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup heavy cream, whipped
12–14 fresh strawberries
Whipped cream, for decorating

Instructions

  • Line mini cupcake tin with liners or use silicone molds.

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into each liner. Chill.

  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Whip cream to stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture.

  • Spoon or pipe filling over crusts. Smooth tops. Chill 2–3 hours.

  • Top each cheesecake with a strawberry (pointed side up).

  • Pipe whipped cream around base and top of strawberry for gnome hat effect.

  • Serve chilled.

Notes

Best made ahead and decorated before serving. Keep refrigerated until ready.
