1 large loaf French or Italian bread
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
¼ tsp salt
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and red pepper flakes.
Slice bread lengthwise and place cut-side up.
Spread garlic butter evenly over both halves.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts.
Broil 1–2 minutes for golden top.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
