Ingredients
6 cups rice or Chex cereal
12 ounces white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry powder or finely crushed freeze-dried strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Optional: 1/4 cup pastel sprinkles
Optional: 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberry pieces
Instructions

Place cereal in a large bowl.

Melt white chocolate and stir in vanilla and salt.

Pour chocolate over cereal and fold gently to coat.

In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and strawberry powder. Add coated cereal and toss until fully coated.
